Terms and Conditions

These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages. ywml.familja.net websites can be used for your private use without any usage fees, subject to the following terms and conditions.
The seller is Familija d.o.o., and the buyer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment via credit card or cash on delivery.

ORDERING

The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form.
Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.
All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT. 
The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart.
The goods are considered ordered when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.

PAYMENT

The ordered products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards:
MasterCard®, Maestro® or Visa.

SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during their transmission.

This enables secure transmission of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.

The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.

The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.

DELIVERY

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company that makes the delivery). The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller about this so that actions can be taken to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods, the seller has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.
The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving that confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.
After the delivery company (delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

The seller undertakes to deliver a functional and undamaged lip serum that matches the product description. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual appearance of the item, and therefore cannot be the subject of a complaint. If the customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must file a complaint within 4 working days and return the product along with proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received, the seller will send a replacement product within 3 working days at no additional cost. Refunds are not possible – only replacement products will be provided. The seller is not responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery.

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

All rights of the publisher and program holder on the recorded and printed work are reserved. The publisher and publisher is Familija d.o.o.. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, perform, use for radio broadcasting and sell the seller’s products or any part of those products without authorization.

IN GENERAL

Familija d.o.o reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Any changes will apply to your use of the ywml.familija.net  pages. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.
The services provided by ywml.familija.net Internet Store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages. Familija d.o.o. is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may occur.
Although Familija d.o.o strives to give you the best possible service offer, Familija d.o.o cannot guarantee that the services on ywml.familija.net will meet your needs. Familija d.o.o. nor can it guarantee that the service will be error-free. If an error occurs, please report it to our Contact Center or to e-mail info@familija.net so that we can eliminate it as quickly as possible.
